1. Feature: Every candidate IndependentPROS recruits that is contracted or hired has a replacement guarantee of one year. Benefits: IndependentPROS will incur the time and monetary costs for replacing any of our candidates that our client-employers hire within the first third of the candidate’s allotted time on a project or the first year of their employment.

2. Feature: Through our consulting services, IndependentPROS recruits, hires, supervises and supports consultants that will work for our clients on a consistent basis. Benefits: (i) IndependentPROS assumes full responsibility for hiring, supervising or firing any subcontractors or personnel. (ii) IndependentPROS assumes responsibility for the quality of work and services that you receive and therefore provides oversight and professional support to our “I-Pro” professionals (i.e., subcontractor). (iii) Through our managing supervisors, who provide training and service transitions for consultants, IndependentPROS is equipped to offer a seamless continuum of care to all of our clients. (iv) Our clients pay one hourly rate for the subcontractor’s services, and IndependentPROS’ oversight and support services.

3. Feature: Independent Pros also offers qualified consultants through LCII’s professional service contract agency. Through this agency employers negotiate salaries and other types of changes in working relationships with LCII agency representatives. Represented independent professionals receive administrative, logistical and human resource types of assistance and support. Benefits:(i) Through this agency, employers receive thoroughly evaluated, highly-qualified consultants for half of the cost of Independent Pros consulting services. (ii) Employers receive independent consultants who have extensive academic and consulting backgrounds with relevant experience. (iii) These features also provide employers with higher levels of job performance, lower risk and an increased likeliness of project success.
